We are an innovative and fresh Management Consultancy bringing psychological principles to the workplace. Our small dedicated team is made up of Business Psychologists and HR professionals.

Why Psychology?

Why should we use Psychology in the workplace? It's a question Business Psychologists get asked a lot. The thing is we all use psychology from time to time, even if we don't realise it. As a very basic starting point, psychology is about people - and people go to work. - so Psychology at work helps people to make the most out of their working lives.

Once upon a time, factory owners believed the best way to achieve productivity was to force workers to work as long as possible - generally until breaking point. That was until psychologists discovered that small breaks throughout the day increased productivity (and wellbeing). Whilst not all changes to workplaces will be as dramatic as reforming Victorian factory working patterns, work psychology uses research and analysis to find spaces for improvement in working practices.

Psychologists in the workplace are able to analyse what is happening in an organisation, objectively discuss the strengths and development areas of your Talent pool, or teams; then work with you to apply evidence-based solutions to help you maximise the way people in your organisation work.  We want everyone to love their work - happy people are productive and committed and give their all.
