TRAINING

We believe that training should be interactive, it should be fun and it should be dynamic. We bring a fresh and energetic approach to training, making sure each course is creative and memorable. We are able to design training around most topics, given time to do the appropriate research and due diligence. We can also adapt your existing training materials.

Our training courses are bespoke, meaning we will listen to what you need and we will design a course which fits the level you'd like to pitch it at, and design the content in-line with your organisational needs. Context is everything in applying learning after training. We believe in giving delegates the knowledge they need to succeed and in encouraging delegates to take their learning forward, applying it in their workplace. We would usually design pre-course reading, in-course worksheets and post-course personal action plans to ensure individuals take their learning forward. 

We are able to deliver training at all levels of the organisation, or we can design training packages and a 'train the trainer' session for your leaders to deliver the training in-house.

COACHING

Everyone should want to get the most out of work. But people do not operate in a vacuum and there are many factors which influence an individual's performance at work. We believe that self realisation is the first step in the process of achieving true potential. We take a holistic view of individuals and invite them to consider how the many facets of their lives impact on their behaviours and feelings at work. We work with individuals at all levels in organisations. New managers may need to understand how to evolve from technical experts into people managers. Coaching provides a safe space for new managers to discuss their concerns and share their achievements. Graduates

The new generation of graduates have high levels of pressure whilst finding their way in a new world of work. Coaching can help them to make the transition from a University life, to a working life. Coaching provides them with the opportunity to consider their ambitions, and to plan their careers to reach those goals. A joined up approach between graduates, their coach and their manager can see individuals develop into great Talent and can help the organisation to fill gaps.

Long Leave

There are a large number of people who, after leaving the workplace for an extended period of time, find it difficult to return to work. This is a massive shame, as we lose incredibly talented people needlessly. Our coaching would begin before the leave was expected to begin, during the period of leave, and during the transition back to work. The coaching process would be a collaborative effort between the individual and their manager to devise strategies which work for both the individual and the organisation to keep them in work. We believe this process is important for keeping key Talent in work, and helping organisations to bridge the time they are away.

Within our coaching sessions we can take a number of approaches and tend to focus on the cognitive-behavioural patterns which individuals engage in. We may suggest utilising a number of tools to help individuals to realise their behaviours such as:

ASSESSMENT

Assessments should be a two-way process. People are most likely to succeed if they fit the role and the role fits them. TEAM BUILDING
